SHADE NETS

Shade nets create a better microclimate, reduce evaporation, prevent sunburn, reduce temperature changes, protect against hail and wind, and create areas of privacy, with effects varying depending on the mesh density. Shade nets are supplied in rolls or in custom-sewn sheets. Standard roll lengths: 100 / 200 / 300 m. Standard roll widths: 1 - 1.20 - 1.50 - 2 - 2.50 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 m. Standard widths of sheets and rolls sewn to order: 3.5 - 4.5 - 5.5 - 6 - 6.5 - 7 - 7.5 - 8 - 8.5 - 9 - 9.5 - 10.......max. 20 m. Standard sheet lengths: on request.

CUSTOM-MADE CLOTHS
To cover large structures (greenhouses, tunnels, shade houses, etc.), multiple nets need to be joined.
Reinforced 5-thread stitching is used to join multiple nets until the desired width is achieved.
 

SIDE SLEEVE SEWING

To allow the insertion of tubes or ropes into the nets for uniform anchoring.
Possible and recommended only on 70% – 90% – 95% shading nets.
